Tasting Notes

Pale gold with fine, steady bubbles. Green apple and citrus on the nose, with a touch of bread and toast from its time aging on the yeast. Crisp and dry, with a salty, mineral finish.

Serve & Pair

Serve well chilled at 6 to 8°C (43 to 46°F). Lovely on its own as an aperitif, and with oysters and seafood, fried appetizers, byrek, and salty cheeses.
