Tasting Notes

Deep ruby in the glass. Rose, violet, and wild blackberry on the nose. A short time in French oak adds a hint of vanilla and berry jam. Smooth and velvety on the palate.

Serve & Pair

Serve at 16 to 18°C (61 to 64°F). Lighter than our bigger reds, it works with a wide range of food. Try it with roast chicken or duck, grilled pork or lamb, stuffed peppers, fërgesë, mushroom dishes, and aged cheeses.
