Tasting Notes

Deep ruby in the glass. Raspberry, blueberry, and dried apple on the nose. Dry and full bodied, with firm tannins and a long, steady finish.

Serve & Pair

Serve at about 18°C (64°F), and open it 30 minutes before pouring. Pairs with grilled red meats, aged sausages, and roast lamb with vegetables.
