Tasting Notes

Deep, intense ruby. Dark fruit and earthy notes on the nose. Rich and warm, with freshness from the grape and a soft finish.

Serve & Pair

Serve at 16 to 17°C (61 to 63°F). Pairs with cured fish and semi aged cheeses.
