Pale straw with golden hints. Citrus, pear, and green apple on the nose, with a light herbal note. Crisp and fresh on the palate, with a clean finish.

Serve chilled at 8 to 10°C (46 to 50°F). Pairs with grilled fish, seafood, spinach byrek, fresh salads, white cheese, and roast chicken.
