Tasting Notes

Deep ruby in the glass. Aromas of black cherry, plum, and gentle spice. The palate is rich and velvety, with polished tannins and fine aromatic detail. Full bodied and warm, yet balanced, with a long, smooth finish.

Serve & Pair

Serve at 16 to 18°C (61 to 64°F). Decant for 30 to 60 minutes before pouring. Pairs beautifully with roast lamb, game, and slow cooked meat dishes, as well as qofte, stuffed peppers, aged kashkaval, roasted mushrooms, and dark chocolate.
