Tasting Notes

Deep, dark red. Violet, cinnamon, blackcurrant leaf, blackberry, and toasted oak on the nose. Ripe blackberry and plum on the palate, with lively acidity, firm tannins, and a long finish.

Serve & Pair

Serve at 16 to 18°C (61 to 64°F), and decant for an hour. Pairs with game, rich red meat dishes, and aged cheeses.
