Tasting Notes

Ruby in the glass. Ripe plum and blackberry on the nose, with soft floral notes. Velvety from the Merlot, with a fresh lift of cherry and raspberry from the Gems. Soft tannins and a bright finish.

Serve at about 18°C (64°F). Pairs with roast meats, grilled vegetables, mushroom dishes, and aged cheeses.
