Tasting Notes

Pale amber from its time in oak. Ripe grape and dried fruit on the nose, with a little vanilla and wood. Warm and smooth, with a long finish.

Serve & Pair

Serve at room temperature or slightly cool, in a small glass, and sip it slowly before or after a meal. Traditionally poured with meze, such as cheese, olives, cured meats, and pickled vegetables.

Why We Chose It

Kallmeti was the first winery to believe in us, back in 2021. Most people expect raki to be rough and homemade. This one is rested in French oak and drinks more like a fine brandy.
