Plithure Trevllazer della cantina Balaj è un elegante vino bianco naturale al 100% Shesh i Bardhe, che incarna l’autenticità del terroir di Valona, Albania. Prodotto senza filtrazione né solfiti aggiunti, offre una complessità unica grazie a 35 giorni di macerazione sulle bucce e 12 mesi di maturazione sur lie in acciaio. Fresco e strutturato, con note aromatiche che richiamano il suo carattere autoctono, è ideale con carni rosse, formaggi semi-stagionati o per una degustazione autentica. Golden amber in the glass. Ripe stone fruit, dried herbs, and a salty edge on the nose. Textured and fresh, with a gentle grip and a long, mineral finish.

Serve at 13 to 14°C (55 to 57°F). Pairs with red meats and semi aged cheeses, or enjoy it on its own

Why We Chose It

Of our two orange wines, this is the fresher one. Balaj ages it in steel rather than amphorae, so the fruit stays bright, and the limestone soils of Trevllazër give it a clean finish.
