Tasting Notes

Deep gold with reddish glints. Rose, orange blossom, dried fruit, and honey on the nose, with vanilla, coconut, spice, and a touch of tobacco. Dense and velvety, warm and long.

Serve & Pair

Kinolli suggests serving it slightly chilled at 8 to 10°C, though it also drinks beautifully at room temperature, like a fine brandy. Sip it slowly after dinner, or with aged cheeses, dried fruit, and grilled meats.

Why We Chose It

Three years in French oak turns raki into something closer to a fine brandy. Rose and honey on the nose, vanilla and spice at the end, and smooth enough to sip slowly. They exclusively focus on raki and make only about 4,000 bottles a year.
